Emily Dewbre-Young was born in Odessa, Texas. She began her work in painting in High School and in recent years has delved into sculpture as well. Her subject matter falls predominantly in the realm of nature and fantasy with a definitive style and remarkable imagination. Her work has been used in advertising for productions such as 'Midsummer's Night Dream' for Summer Solstice at White Rock Lake Park in Dallas.
